Smoked Charcuterie Meats

Method
- Arrange the assorted small meats on a large charcuterie board or serving platter.
- Fill out the board with cheeses, crackers, bread, fruit, olives, pickles, and nuts.
- Select the meats you want to smoke and place them into your smoker.
- Add a small amount of wood chips.
- Infuse with smoke for at least 5 minutes.
