Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Nori sheets

Basic Sushi Rice Seasoning
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Prepare your sushi rice and season it with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Add rice and your chosen fillings, then roll tightly.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces.
